25 years' experience as a Fitness Instructor, 19 years as a Pilates Instructor
Pilates Mat work Instructor

What you need:

  • Bender Ball
  • Resistance Band
  • Mat
  • Block/Towel

 

What to wear:

  • Loose comfortable layers

Beginners welcome.  Joining on Zoom and new to Pilates?  You will need to complete a one-to-one session which includes:

  • Posture assessment
  • Discussion on health issues
  • 30 minutes class

Change happens through movement and movement heals.
